Maybe there’s something I’m missing in the app. Charging the phone has just become a concern. When I would plug it in it would show me that I’m turbo charging, same as my previous phone, but this last week it only shows “charging” or “charging rapidly”.

I played no games, no videos, nothing battery draining, yet my new phone’s battery did drain. I purchased this phone when it came out and have been using it all year. There are so many things that I like about it but most of all is that it is compatible with Android Auto so I can use my music apps like Pandora and Spotify on the screen of my car. I’m not sure if that’s a service issue or a Samsung issue, but I don’t like it. The mint mobile service is pretty superb though. I would definitely recommend this for someone who doesn’t want to be stuck in a contract.

I’ve always been an apple user and I truly like this Samsung. It’s much more user-friendly than their phones in the past. Super easy to understand, and I picked everything up quickly, even after having used Apple products for the last 20 years.

They’ve been great “budget” phones (around $200-ish) that don’t feel cheap like many “budget” phones. The battery life is immense, and the speakers are really good. I don’t use earphones so the lack of a jack does not bother me. Having SD card support is really useful too. Videos are a little jittery and that’s an area where a flagship would probably excel.

As far as the as the service goes, I am super pleased. No dropping calls when driving through the backroads. The Wi-Fi calling has super clear service according to people on the other end of the phone. Battery life is about 2 days depending on use. Charger is included, though the cord is a bit short. 8 inches , but fits in my front pants pocket without a problem.

I don’t know why they got rid of the LED indicator – that was one of the most useful features on both my S9 and S7.

This phone has a macro camera, compass, runs the latest version of Android and has more features than my previous phone including sharper screeen, 5G and dual band WIFI. I like having the macro camera to photograph plants and insects but this only works within 3 to 5cm of the subject. I also had apps for tarot card readings, daily quotes, tons of stuff.
I’ve had this phone for a few weeks and I regret buying it. This battery doesn’t last 3 days, I took it on the train to another city on a full charge. In the first hour, it went down 12%, by the time I got back home 8 hours later, it was at 36%. The battery life is also very good and I can usually go over a week without charging because when I connect to my car it charges it . It comes with all the features I’ve come to love about Android. It’s very user-friendly and has the most used functions pre-installed.
The specs on paper indicate it should be a beast. Theree was a period Samsung swung to knock it out of the park every time they introduced a new phone. They have created the perfect mid-range cell phone for Purgatory. When making phone calls, I could barely hear people talking.
Backup batteries don't last forever so you should check it at least once a year, or maybe when you replace your smoke detector batteries. Just unplug it for a few minutes and see if it works. This is a very nice tracfone coming from the LG Ultimate 2 L41C which I used for two years. I have over 100 apps on my phone and operate out of the apps tray, as I have it organized alphabetically, and don’t allow app additions to my home screen.
The online shopping experience was terrible. The online item description was inaccurate. No where in the item title was 5G mentioned. In the item description they clearly stated that the phone was 4GLTE. Is it too difficult for Samsung engineers to produce a premium phone made from steel/aluminum alloys and have a thicker border edge.
